Splits with gaffles removed
I've reduced courses to a common set of controls by replacing gaffled sites with a single control code. For example, courses AZ3A, AZ3B and AZ3C now have 207 as the second control instead of 41, 60 or 32. The replacements are:
201: 35, 36, 44
202: 46, 53
203: 48, 67
204: 50, 59
205: 49, 65
206: 43, 58, 62
207: 32, 41, 60
208: 37, 42, 98
209: 72, 89
210: 79, 81
211: 70, 85
212: 49, 59.
